This is how i got borderlands 2 reloaded installed from a fresh (newly installed) copy of Borderlands 2 through steam. There were a few extra steps needed, such as the uhd update... just so you know...community mod manager will say that the patch is not workiing, but it is...you must do the method shown to patch it.
