It is now four years to the day since the tragic passing of Ralph René. Many remember him as the ex-Mensan and the author of such self-published books as "NASA Mooned America!" and "The Last Skeptic Of Science". But there is another element of Ralph's career life that seems to have been forgotten, until now.
When I acquired the rights to NASA Mooned America, his fiction books and various photographs and personal papers, I learned that in 1968 and 1969 Ralph René served as a Special Deputy to Passaic County Sheriff Frank Davenport Jr.
Ralph's Deputy certificates were among his belongings that were sent to me and shown here in this video to commemorate his life and work.
