Jim Gaffigan isn’t really known for being a dramas, but he’s had a small streak of roles in dramatic movies like Experimenter, Chuck, and the upcoming Chappaquiddick. Based on the 1969 incident, Chappaquiddick follows the unraveling of Ted Kennedy’s life in the aftermath of a fatal car accident involving campaign strategist, Mary Jo Kopechne. In the video above, Gaffigan discusses how he became involved with the project, and why it took so long to get made.
